Our owner and head brewer brewed his first beer in 1999. After that first steam beer, he knew that he had to keep brewing his own beer. After two decades. the dream of owning his own brewery is almost complete. We will be concentrating on English and Irish beers. But, there will be a few Continental beers as well as some American styles.
